Haha, I have exactly the same van in exactly the same colour.....except it’s an Ali Luton with barn doors which suits my interests just right.

Always had sprinters, except for one Iveco, don’t like these new motors.....too many electric control systems on them.

The older sprinters and the 3 & 410s were a much better motor.

My old 413 had half a million miles on it when it got nicked !

Small world lol

i used to always have old transits.....  mainly because they were cheap lol this came up at the right price and I was a bit reluctant at first but now I don’t know why I ever owned anything else! Sit nice and high up, comfy and quiet to drive and just a pleasure to spend time out working in. I got a matching recovery truck last year in the same colour as was so impressed with the tipper.....had to have a bit of work done to it that I never expected or planned for but it’s up and running now so next is to get them both sign written up the same

Not trying to sound high and mighty but this is why I religiously use my heavy duty steering locks on both mine mate......hide both sets of keys well out of view to as like you say the thieving c**ts will soon have them away! Even if I just nip in a shop for two mins I’ll still put it on because they are to clued up to get them gone in 60 seconds :censored:

I have the same on now but it was one of them when you think it won't happen to you but fair play to you getting back on your feet and getting a decent round up and running

Made in Ireland by a Franciscan monk called Benedict Tutty, it’s over 20 years old.......dont know the exact age because I have not researched that hard.

Clay on a metal base mate.

Ill probably sell it, it’s called “Singer”

Do any of you lads look in the charity shops there's a lad near me that does them all round here and sells it on he seems to make a few quid I saw were a chinky bird bought a vase for a quid and sold just short of 48 000 just suppose it's being in the right place at the right time

I thought it was a mistake and you meant 200 years lol

I don’t think about the age of things mate, I just buy what I like and if a thing has something about it .

You should check out Belgium mate, some of the best flea/vintage/antique markets in Europe. We’ve got quite a few bits from perhaps the biggest in Tongeren (Flanders), nothing valuable, but things we enjoy.... though the original sellers would of made a few quid. Vintage is massive over here, the yanks obviously fcuking love it!
