He couldnt drive, didn't know about guns, was homeless, ( thrown out by mother ) had no money, was pennyless but thought he was going to assault attack 10 downing street. How did he pay for his mobile phone call, how did he charge it up ? He thought that he was going to blow up the gates and do a BANZAI type charge on the front door, take a human shield, get into the house, find T May and cut her head off. EASY. That's like saying my 5 yr old grandson is going to assault the palace. Minimum 30 yrs. Plenty of time to read the Koran. Perhaps he will go more nutty than he is now.
