Good thread, if you get some coursing sorted I'll bring the Galgo back to her birth place for a visit lol.

Alectoris or mush couple of questions if I may ?

How vocal are the podencos and when crossed with galgos do they still open up?

How well do they do in terms of a lurcher?

What's their potential for use in lurcher breeding?

Cheers.

Think the uk may have missed a trick not realising there are good working dogs so near home.

I should be bringing a galgo pup or perhaps a bitch in whelp to uk in the summer, may visit myself with friends in Barcelona. This one has done well, all legal quarry as they say.

Not sure the podenco blood would marry up well for a speed lurcher. Or that type of hunting (I stand to be corrected ?)

I'm trying to sort something out...

Do you have a passport for you and the dog? How quickly can you get over if I sort something? (Pm Me mate).

Kie.
