Chid 6,676
Ash .. We sell kiln dried birch at work and ive found it to be real good , it's a pound dearer than a softwood net of logs but burns for double the time and gives off better heat .. I'm lucky that my mate is a fencing contractor and any off cuts are dropped off at my house for me to burn ,

Accip74 7,112
I have very fond memories of warming up after a days hunting next to a wood burner in a 400 year old cottage in the brilliant british countryside. Which can't be beat.........;-) Edited October 1, 2017 by Accip74
