i remember the last picture of rib of beef you put up.just right.

i got 4.5 kg of 35 day matured rib of beef....dog ate it just before we were going lamping last season.well what was left wasn't worth anything.

i remember the last picture of rib of beef you put up.just right.

i got 4.5 kg of 35 day matured rib of beef....dog ate it just before we were going lamping last season.well what was left wasn't worth anything.

What sorta chillis are just a lil bit hot lol and good to cook with ? Do you just drop one in whole or cut it up?

Just prick it a few times with a pin and take it out either at the end or when its to your liking :thumbs:

 

 

Wash your hands before you have a pish or scratch you eye :laugh: been there done that :yes:

do you know any names of mild chillies that add lots of flavour but not to much heat

These lemon chillies are nice - a citrus flavour and only a little heat.

 

I like them chopped up with salad.

I had some seeds ,nigel's chillie ? They were supposed to be citrus type ,they never took unfortunately.

Lol cheers. I been getting 3kg fillet steak for 25 quid. Mates a master butcher. Is that a good price cos im fked if i know

 

that is so cheap I paid that for sausages last week £8 a kilo
Definitely if it's the full tenderloin like it sounds you can expect to pay anything from 80 to 150 depending on the quality.
