Just a quick heads up. If you buy or sell anything on this site, try to get the other party vouched for and if you can't do that pay via PayPal (not as a gift.) It might cost a couple of quid more, but it's worth it if the other person turns out to be a wrong'un.

 

All the transactions I've done through this site have been easy and straightforward dealing with decent guys. I'm sure the vast majority are like this too.

 

Unfortunately there's always one who spoils it for the decent members. Recently a member bought something and the seller (who only seems to use the site to flog his stuff rather than participate in the forums) came up with a load of excuses as to why it hadn't got to the buyer and kept assuring him it would be there soon. Days went by, and this person had been on the site, but ignored pms from the buyer and myself and still the item never got there. He hasn't been on the site for a few weeks now.

 

Obviously there could be a reasonable explanation like a family crisis etc, which is why I'm not naming and shaming right now, but just be careful. Buyer beware!.

Joking aside, I've dealt with some top blokes during the few transactions that I've done on here.

I would agree with your discretion if it was,nt for the fact you say he is still active on the forum, so why not set up a scammers hall of fame then pop the Robbin little fecker up underneath the perpetrator of the great binocular scandal which rocked thl to its core, only a joint decision by two mods will get you on the wall then the general riffraff of the membership can add useful comments such as there full names and address,s or tell us how big a c**t they are

He's not active in the true sense. He's still a restricted member on the offchance he does have a legit excuse.

I've dealt with some top lads on here but had one lad buy a dog off me. Paid half upfront and took him on a trial but never paid the rest

Only ever got ripped off for nets and that was on here but they just spoil it for the good honest guys
