On A Different Note.....

Recommended Posts

It's fuucking hot here at the moment, temps hitting 33-34. So yesterday thought bollocks, why not! Took off with the Mrs and Nobhead to a nice little coastal village about an hour or so up from BCN.

We're going back to the same spot next week, for a big local festival and then sleeping on the beach; with the BBQ, good mates and plenty of alcohol :toast:

I asked the mrs to video Cabron swimming but she fuucked it up (it is fuucking hilarious). He swims like my mum (and she has cerebral palsy)

This is what I'm suffering with tomorrow!   http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/4544349   Thirty f***ing eight!

Feel terrible for you both   :tongue2:

The problem here with the heat in Barcelona is the bloody humidity, it's like a mini L.A. With the sea on one front and the mountains at the back, it traps the air pollution and humidity making it really close.

Cold here, probably the same as Cornwall tbh

It's the ambient heat though, you really don't mind the cold sea (except further north where it is Baltic all year round regardless) when it's hot.

Get on a plane and come here ffs, it's 2hours ish and cheap as fuuck. If you want any advice or help pm me ;)

it looks great place to have nice dip for say 40mins, then go and have nice cold drink , your a lucky man living there in some ways. But as nice as it looks, being honest i wouldn't take a dog there , it be to hot, and uncomfortable for them , bloody hell my 2 dogs sweat the balls of here now in june in 70s , it would kill them out there, ok they got good coats , Buck got thick coat , same as Bryn so they feel the heat, the only way i could walk them there is late at night 9pm , what it like there in the winter regards temp .? and you got much hunt out there (quarry) .!
