The top BBQ looks the bollicks Bottom dishes are both Tom Yum soup, The leaves in the soup in the second pic are some weird Chinese spinach type thing I picked up (really nice tasting tbh). I cooked the mussels separate and added them to the soup after. Rib and wing combo (no pics) was made with homemade bbq sauce, honey, fresh chillies and garlic then cooked until pretty black and crispy 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
