DogFox123 1,379
Fair play to you for talking about it DogFox, more folk need to be open about their struggles with mental health. Hope things are looking up for you now mental health pfffftttt more like weak mind if you ask me.get on with it.Rubbish, I'm strong minded and stubborn to boot. Still didn't stop me having anxiety attacks. well i hope you never suffer a real trauma if you get attacks from a good night out.Go on then what trauma..... Talking wet as usual I see. i know a bloke that was targeted by the I.R.A ,they put a bomb under his car.but it never worried him,he had a special bomb detector.seriously though i can't get my head around these anxiety attacks.i think i'm the opposite.as long as my son's happy, i couldn't give a f**k.but if you want a little true story that could make somebody go off the rails,my mate got told to go home from work to find some paramedics giving his son those electric shock pads onto the chest, his son died at 12, right in front of his eye's.he HAD no choice but to carry on paying his mortage and all the other stuff and some people are worried about doing a bit of coke or are upset for a couple of days and calling it depression.get over it.Always a Tommy Topper, I've had family and friends die and your point is you numtpy??? Everyone is different, you really are dumb enough to believe depression and anxiety is make believe..... knock yourself out son. everyone dies that wasn't the point, but to see your kids die is the worst thing that could happen to anyone.he could have gone down your path and have a good reason to but he never.if somebody can carry on after that it makes you look extremely wet.And how the fcuk do you know that losing a kid as the same effect on your body and mind as a big weekend bender????? You really do talk out of your arse you really do. What's all that got to do with the price of bacon? Dr Numb Skull..... Edited December 30, 2016 by DogFox123

Nik_B 3,791
I'm awake as well but I'm working till 4am. I will get off easy going to bed at this time, I can get in to a reverse sleeping pattern as easy as you like but going to bed at 10pm is a nightmare Just about to handover to my opposite number, got a bottle of wine ready to go, neck that and straight in to my pit before the sun comes up

Nik_B 3,791
This is my first season where I've not had a shoot....total pisser I guess I have a ridiculous job, I spend 12 hours a day in front of a computer watching squiggly lines on a graph (log), usually wishing they would do the opposite of what they're doing, it's very stressful so gotta blow of steam and quickly so I can sleep. If I work the opposite shift from 4am I often cannot sleep because I worry I won't wake up and end up staying up for well over 24 hours. One day I'm going to get a job in a supermarket......that sounds cushty
