Any ideas as to what's wrong ?

If your bottle has plenty air in just turn the back in until power goes up to were u want it

your regulator is leaking . this is giving to much pressure at the firing valve . If the pressur in the bottle drops to 90 bar at a guess this will prove this MAYBE your guns power may go up .I would say the regulator need some new o ring .dont know your regulator this is my first guess.
