mate of mine paid £450 for this bottle now worth over £800 not bad little investment,

trouble is every time we go round for a drinking session he keeps threatening to open it lol,maybe one day

A mate of mine is really into his expensive whiskey, got all different types, he even gives you tasting notes when you go round.

He keeps the real good stuff well out of reach though. Lol

As much as I appreciate a nice drink I can't see it being worth that much surely?

I am with you on that. My son bought me an Aberlour A'BUNADH for my birthday that cost him £45 I thought that was over the top.

And that's by no means the most expensive.

I like my whiskeys and was once looking for the 65 year old Glen fidditch until I sore the price $37000 plus ??. Safe to say I won't be tasting that any time soon.
