The dog, chocolate dog, you would know the breeding, first season went very well, second season started coming off and not moving with the quarry, the other dog was going in finding in the same place and being dug to. One day it done an hour, working well enough, then the old trick, coming out, and messing. The other lad go in, done the same moves and same time, dug to. Was getting worse and give it loads of chances, got rid of it at the end of the second season. Thinking now, out of the eight dogs I had in that era, the two that were not good enough, was a dog and a bitch, both good enough in the first season, and both were biggest dogs and the were the two I bought. The others who shone through were given to me and some I bred

Yes, you're right tallywacker. One dog was through the magazine, publicity, pictures and people. Looking back, I took my chances because the was better what I could get and the was plenty selling rubbish, if the truth was known. Also the parents of it had only one season done and not a great deal done in time. The other dog, bitch), the man was saying, best in the world, and he had bred of a bitch just starting its first season, he was doubling up to.
