Born Hunter 17,910
I like strong cheese, don't touch any processed stuff at all, bland cheese, what's the point? I'll get some different blues and find one i like Well I highly recommend the colston bassett stilton or the long Clawson not because there local but there regarded as some of the finest also a blue Shropshire red is nice The stuff i had came from a farmers market in Shropshire, not red though, creamy white, lots of green, strong taste to the cheese, slightly crumbly, maybe some local stuff? the one I had at Christmas was a Cropwell bishop Shropshire blue another one just on the doorstep ...there's some really good grub to be had from the east Midlands thinking about. Cracking clay shoot at Owethorpe in that area too!
