I watched a news item and they're talking about editing the Dambusters film, because of the dogs name, i don't like the N word at all, but they're changing a fact of British history, bad choice for a dogs name, but do we want to turn our history into fiction? Maybe an insult to black people, but when Bader flew over the dams they were burying his dog, or so the story goes? I like to think its true.............bit of an insult to Bader and his men, the last dog a lot of them saw.

Have to agree there, if the dog was called Nigger it was called Nigger and shouldn't be changed. Different times and all that, it could even lead into a good discussion with kids about how different things were considered acceptable back then that aren't now.
