Taking it down tomorrow should be a right Anne's premenstral just now so he's f****d lol

So iv just phoned him and told him what the garage said about fuel pipes corroded , transfer box , brake pipes corroded , and if it got a full mot which it does u said to him about contacting vosa he

You could always push his face against the exhaust manifold until he agrees to fix it or give you a refund......just a thought like !

Was it a private sale? If so, you don't really have much comeback, because he can't be expected to know all that unless he's a qualified mechanic.

If it was a trader, get it back there.

Private sale ?.......if so mate, it's a case of pay your money and take your chances......sometimes you do your bollocks !

If it's off a car front, then you take it right back and he sorts it or you go to trading standards.

Think he's a dealer he buys 4x4 trade inns then sells them, he had a garage with other cars

Get it back there then mate. You have to give him the chance to fix it first though rather than demanding your money back. IF he's a trader he's liable for anything that goes wrong in the first 6 months as the law assumes anything that goes wrong in that time must have been going wrong when you bought it.
