Fancy A Place In France

My dad bought a ruin like the one pictured, but in Brittany.....in the course of a few years & several trips back & forth to do a lot of the work himself......he now lives in this.....

Well worth a go...if you're that way inclined....

We bought a place about 10 years ago down in the south about halfway between Bordeaux and Limoges it was previously owned by some old artist bloke who used to go there to inspire him :blink: ......it was basically a big old barn conversion completely in the middle of nowhere we only went there 3 times in 2 years but made a couple of quid on it theres plenty of folk selling up here and buying there its a nice slow paced life but as someone else said theres just too many French people there :D

good time to buy shit time to sell imo the pounds 1.40 to the euro france is a a beutifull contry + all the french the french people ive met are spot on seen some top plots for pennys in the normandy reigon

We're is the best place to live in France were there is hunting digging and the like might buy myself a pad

My mate bought land out there years ago, still uses it as a summer holiday place he loves it

i would so want to live there i love france, i have no money and no job out there so it wont work , shame as i would be out there at the weekend if i could
