fluff 410 Posted April 8, 2015 Report Share Posted April 8, 2015 hi guys well got a phone call from a hunting lad who comes on here once in a while , haymin ,he asked if he could use a dog i, bred have ,to go over his bitch ,well he came down got fed saw lots of pics from early eighties till present day , hopefuly he got safely home he came down in an old style mini , well his bitch got bred a good tie so come summer hopefully theyl be some good lurchers on the ground , he brought a bundle of arbroath smokies , whole smoked haddock on the bone good fodder for any man ,he tok a few pics i says you can put them up of his dog rex some old pics of dogs bygone ,that made the grade and more lana sid sol etc ,any way time flies hope you got home fine jimbo 2 Quote Link to post

haymin 2,465 Posted April 8, 2015 Report Share Posted April 8, 2015 As there's always a story behind my travels ?well , left for arbroath at four pm drive down 160 miles in ma mini cause my van is merely to metal on breaks any way got down had a bite to eat had a tie for about 20 minutes took the last photo ad my phone battery died going along the a one and my lights started to die eventually the car died as well no phone a1 pitch black , had to stop some one and borrowed there phone to phone AA , waited hour and a half , alternator wired rubbed together and shortened ( that's probably why the red light was on all the way down ?) AA came sorted it opened the bonnet and the oil cap was off as I topoed it up before I left arbroath glad fly I had oil with me and topped it up co lender head was great . Car fixed 120 mile to go got in at 2am ffs there always something pmsl , had a great tie and thanks to Mathew for letting me use Rex , 2 well tempered dogs ,and both well worked thanks again , I'll put a couple pictures up later ? 4 Quote Link to post
