    morton i grew up with deerhound collie type but not saw many good genuine ones for years i keep the saluki collie type and are very good at there job , the nearest ive saw were when i was hunting in america plenty good staghound crosses bitches came in at 25 27 , dogs 27 upwards very good allround dogs , some bred them to the saluki and got very good jackrabbit dogs,and coyote dogs ,its been 25 years plus since we had the deerhound collie type, made some good hare catchers ,nite dogs on roosters roe ,our dog was 27 bitch 26 , they could run on a bit , no lack of wind and pace , alas we never

  10. good had four saluki crosses alll done fox whatever you put in front of them , one was tor of dartmoor half cross other sniper x jade, sid was third saluki rest greyhound he had them done by the time you got there , tyne my old dog caut the lot and was clever with qaurry with teeth , dont believe they dont take them foxes , my latest ones i ve not got them wound up on foxes but would chase them no problem and with an expierenced dog ,soon learn ,

  15. very true unless you are only visiting now and then i hunt two three times a week weather permiting , and try for twenty a day , mores a bonus less ille not cry twenty five mins from house , what i dont like peole killing with guns for game to be destroyed thats an offence in my eyes , unless inedible qaurry saw guys shoot hundreds just left them for the buzzards real bad
