Here's a few iv been making over the festive period started off with 10 meshes going up in 2s to 20 meshes all double knotted half way, 12 rows down rung off after 24 rows giving me a 4ft 6 inch n

here is one I made earlie doing what any good net should do

Wife got me net making kit for Xmas! Bloody harder then it looks! Took me an hour n a half before I got started and learned the knots.just had to hav a break as there's something no right and I think

I started making my own a couple of years ago,it still takes me 45 mins to an hour to make one, although I admit Im a bit anal about it...if I do something I like to do it properly.Every time I have tried to speed up it gets emotional eventually  like Bob said don't look at the clock, concentrate on quality, apparently some folk can knock one together in 20 mins :icon_eek: (no pressure  ) at the end of the day youll be rewarded for your time spent when you start catching in them

Take all the time you need. The first couple I made weren't very well knotted but with practise you will get it.I found double knots easier and you tube videos will certainly assist you if you don't have someone to show you first hand. Sewing the meshes directly onto the rings works well enough and decreasing meshes on the second last mesh as opposed to the last mesh makes it neater also. Stick with it and you will find it super easy and very rewarding netting rabbits with nets crafted by your own hands.
