marshman 7,758
just read that her husband got into trouble for buying up ex social housing and renting it out , but never got into trouble for it lol. Also she's one along with Blair and Dianne Abbott that sends her children to a posh school rather than a local school. Yep a proper working class labour MP ?

sussex 5,803
It justifies what everyone who votes UKIP ,& plenty that don't , think of the Labour party .Run by a political elite for a political elite funded by the working class .All very well the shadow minister resigning (or getting the goner) but the cat is well & truly out of the bag with regards to Labours real take on the working class ..if you have an average house , a van , ordinary (productive ) job , white , English & worst of all have the audacity to have fly the English flag you are worthy of only derision ..sitting in a £3million pound house in north London taking the p!ss is about the strength of todays labour party ..UKIP should buy the big old malt a drink for her help ...
dare 1,103
Anyone else reckon they should start teaching politics in schools? Most working class kids don't know much about politics such as what people with the fancy titles actually do. Be good to get normal people into politics rather than millionaires who haven't got a clue about the real world. Guess working class kids are better for joining the army than having a say in how their country is run.
Brigzy 1,298
I reckon Emily Thornberry got a bollocking lol for showing what the middle class labourites really think of the working classes . "Middle Class" ? She's a multi-millionaire Human Rights Barrister, married to a High Court Judge, lives in a £3 million pound house, owns a huge property empire and is MP for Islington; what the hell does she know about the working class ? People like this despise the working class, and only want them so they can get into Parliament and make even more money !! How the hell can any one vote for the LibLabCon when they don't even hide their distain for us ?????? PS, don't forget, she is STILL a Labour MP, she wasn't sacked from the Party, only from the front bench ! Edited November 21, 2014 by Brigzy

sussex 5,803
What an old cynic like me is wondering is how long ...6months , a year before she's back in a top job ...she is part & parcel of the Islington elite & as such they will shoe horn her back in at the first opportunity .They have no shame , that's only for ordinary people ..cant think of the guys name that got "stood down" for a bit of creative accounting ,was it Alexander ? I know it was only a 12 month before he was back ..all forgiven , cleansed of all his sins , ...get back on the gravy train ...the big malt will be the same .
