Out of interest ,how are you lot finding the rabbit population around here,when the wife had the bulldog,I walked it at back of rockfield estate and no sign of rabbits,yet there was rabbits on the allotments and the nature pond at bottom of town,and few pockets of them on Hereford road area.but otherwise thin on the ground,more deer than rabbits round here.

I never go around Monmouth I have permission in Tewkesbury Evesham and Stratford so only went through there on way home. I've some decent numbers on my permissions but most of it is keeperd so not getting poached too much ........I hope

I was talking to two policemen who I play rugby with one was the captain now retired the other my coach both been in the force for years and neither of them have a clue about the hunting laws not a clue both said tbh we don't really give a shit what boys get up to hunting wise but when travelling just make sure theirs nothing wrong with your car they will find any excuse to get you for something if you make them look stupid
