I hate it,,, the Mrs is moody for a whole week.........

We wont allow it in the gym it has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with bodybuilding its like someone walking in the gym with shoes 7 sizes too big its needless, dangerous and plain embarrassing !!

You said it yourself bodybuilding is about size, symmetry, quality and function...............only somebody who has never grasped any understanding of working the body would destroy it in such a way....

When I first started training,,I did dead lifts all the time,,,I only weighed 12 and half stone,,,going up to 13 over about a year,,,by that time I was dead lifting over 400 lbs,,,,4 1/4 plates either side of the Olympic bar,,,,,I'm so used to pounds,,,just worked it out 190 kilo....

But then over the years and moving to difrent gyms I stoped doing them,,,then about 3 year ago,,,I had another go for a few months,,,,f**k I forgot how tuff they were to do properly,,,and I was million miles away from anything heavy,,,3 plates a side,,,what's that...only 140 kilo....

All I do at the mo is hyper extension for lower back

Been enjoying legs and squatting lately ,,,did did 3 plates on the smith machine the other day,,,nice and strict,,,that felt heavy enough,,,lol
