Horse fittings tend (Need) to be solid. Could yet be for a big mirror, I suppose? Just that I've seen similar before. Can't quite get my finger on it. Stiggly'll know They're very well made, strong, solid brass, and the hook at the front tip is bent slightly to make it clip onto something easier.
