mhopton 807
Evening every one , how many of you are working away from home ,and what's your thoughts and feelings on it also how long have you been doing it for and what line of work ?? I will start it off !! I've been steel erecting since I was 17 years old ,I'am now closing in on 39 years young and for over 20 years I've been working away living in B+B,tents , vans cars anywhere warm and dry for the best part it, I've grafted in more towns , county's villages than I can remember probably built half the places you are working in right now lol from little 5t farm sheds to supper structures like the shard O2 Olympics Stratford and Glasgow to the dvla Swansea I've been about you could say and now I'm thinking of packing it in for a job at home to be close to my family and to carry on doing what I love , hunting instead off trying to jam it all in on a weekend and upsetting the misses for not been home, My hunting buddy and best mate Adam (rc1) we've struck up the perfect partner ship in what we do all hunting and 48 hrs once or twice a month is just shit time to look for home work I think ATB mark
Themoocher 231
Iv worked away in forces for 14 year last year. Worse thing I have done was jack it in. Been 8-5 and home every nite gets on my tits. Although I am a lot more stable and in a better position to start running dogs again properly. Depends what you want I like been out and about. You and misses will find it very hard getting use you been around all time. As you are both independent people living pretty much your own life's. It's took me 8 month and I still can't get use to it.
