You would have thought that a so called "educated" judge, would have taken this into consideration when passing sentence ..... how is 4 years, out in 2 a deterrent to any other retard

Hmmm I think it depends on the circumstances. One set out to murder, the other accidentally murdered someone. We've all punched someone, luck of the draw. I ain't defending him, just questioning your logic. Judges in this country are the problem. It's a f***ing joke. I'd have given him 12 years for what he did.

He sucker punched a man in an incident that had nothing to do with him, and then casually walked away and left the man to die in the road. You say " we have all punched someone", maybe, but what he did was indefensible, and even 12 years, he'd be out in 6. My logic is it would make anyone think twice before carrying out an unprovoked attack.
