Alot of the time the Eastern Europeans doing the car washing are just cleaning money. Same as the vietnamese with their nail shops. Pretty common knowledge at that's what's going on. Was a story I read not to long ago about one viet sending back home 3.5 million and worked here as a top surgeon. Not a bad salary that for even over here must of been planning to live a god back there when he retired lol.
