Contracted aids at the peak of his career (27 years old) only lost 3 times in 52 fights.

Died on Sunday aged 44.

read an article about a him a few weeks back that said he was close to death I was shocked at the picture that went with it ..he beat some good fighters in his day ..

He always maintained he was not hiv positive......who knows................had a decent left hook but a very overated fighter in my opinion,if he,d been black he probably would of never had the opportunities he did have..................but thats the advantages of being a " great white hope ".

 

Shame for a life to end that young anyway......RIP
