FUJI 17,623
Well today i didn't get up onto the Fells as to be honest imo it would of been fool hardy, the visibility looked dreadful atleast from lower down so i just walked 8 miles through Fellside Forestry and some clear fell where the dogs could have a good hunt..there was nothing for the dogs to hunt except sheep..now the Saluki x's and sheep lol..we all know the score there or do we? I thought it was the Cur that was meant to keep the sheep in check? 11 Quote Link to post

FUJI 17,623
Well as the majority of England basked in glorious sunshine today,I was out on the moors in 40 mph wind, rain and low cloud meaning I couldn't see 20 yards lol, don't you just love the weather up North? Had the Saluki x's and Venus plus the yapper Ruby..in truth I went with the intention of maybe getting a few spins for the mutts as this moor "used" to hold a few but alas today I never got sight of anything except sheep and grouse lol,the dogs are demons at finding grouse, the Pom is funny as fook hunting them, soon as they lift she's off like shit off a stick chasing them, yapping like a good un lol...anyways we got soaked but covered a good few miles and the dogs both hunted and played so a good day all round... Sorry for the shit pics,my lens was all misted up haha... 1 Quote Link to post
