bryson 562
had a shine last night was out for 5 hours had 1 run which to be fair the dog was very unlucky that he missed the rabbit was like a missile but thats all we seen on a good bit of my permission which is worrying as a couple of weeks ago i seen 20 odd rabbits out feeding during the day anyway i took the dogs out for a walk at 11 tonight and seen a lamp going over my permission i waited for abit and the lamp kept scanning i set off home straight away to put the pup in and then went over to where i had seen the lamp only to see a 4wd come out of the field then take off along the road 2 mins later a car pulled up mabey 50 yards away and picked someone up he must of been hiding in the hedge now im all up for having a look over the fence but if i know someone else has permission there i wouldnt dare ruin there sport but these feckers have demolished my main permission pricks Quote Link to post
neems 2,406
Do they know its your permission? I wouldn't intentionally run someone else's permission but I probably wouldn't know. Quote Link to post

bird 10,013
suppose unless you got 1000's + 1000s of acres of ground, you would at some point (got) to look else where, you (carnt) keep lamping the same ground over over again. And even with loads of ground like above, you wont be the only 1 haveing a flick about. Its name of the game to day, more so if running lurchers . 1 Quote Link to post

paulus 26
what i was getting at is thats a good bit of my permission wiped clean and i havent even started properly yet just because you didn`t see much that night you assume someone has cleared it, more likely it was a bad night for some natural reason or other, fox been about, cover recently cut or any one from a hundred or more reasons, some nights i see maybe a dozen fox`s and loads of rabbits another night in the same fields nothing at all.
