stealthy1 3,964 Posted July 23, 2013 Report Share Posted July 23, 2013 Well, here I was bored, so decided to clear out the shed, found all this useful wood I'd kept for some odd reason, am I on my own here when it comes to decent lengths of wood, I have to save them, even if they're only thrown up the back of the sheds Well I had this old wood, and this space above my ferret cages that just attracts crap piles on to it, do you see the plan? After a couple of quickly scribbled drawings over a cup of tea, I had Plan A. And this is how it panned out This! And this. Went on to become this, after a site visit from this And after a bit of cushion floor, that was a cut off I'd saved, was laid, it looked like this And the new colour for the construction was chosen, scientifically, because? I had half a tin left over And soon became this. And with the doors painted and hung, it looked like this. The finished extension on top of the original cage. Job done Just got to sort an obstacle course and a nice wheel, but I've not dug the timber out from the back of the shed yet, but you cant rush a good job eh! 9 Quote Link to post
