maybe the dog simply looses a little more 'will to please' every time he is moved on? or simply the first owner knew the dog properly having raised and entered it, and just how too get best out of it

can't believe Lenny just sold for £8500 and s. whites 16 month pup out of Lenny sold for £6500 today. There both of to Saudi. Arabs more money than sence

What can you not believe? in the past coursing dogs have brought a much higher price's from English buyer's. Do you think CN would sell Buddy for £8500? when he is getting £500 for one mating, I doubt it.

maybe the dog simply looses a little more 'will to please' every time he is moved on? or simply the first owner knew the dog properly having raised and entered it, and just how too get best out of it and the 'other' owners?, well they took a short cut and its backfired to a degree, however they win't exactly lost out now he sold for good money, its the poor dog I feel for if he fails at 8k he in trouble Id say especially when that same 8k only worth say around 8pence to the new owner, hope he does em proud and lives a good life with what hopeully will be his last owner, doubt I will ever own one as good as he was or is.

good point there artic you talk a lot of sense  seen more than a few dogs bond with an owner run better for them than with someone else theyre not machines you don't just put a lead round their neck they automatically take to you and want to please or run at their best
