Lab 10,979
I know they're strong but for the size of them I find it hard to believe a pure bread Staff can kill a person Maybe I'm naive but the ones I come across are stocky but aren't very big and generally have a really nice temperament. Maybe its a cross with something much bigger and more powerful? I kinda agree but will need to hear the facts first. Especially how able bodies was this old man? If he was frail then quite easily a staffy could pull him down and get a throat hold. If he wasn't I don't see how he couldn't get to a knife??Very strange!!! saying on sky news he was frail. had a bad leg as well. a week after his 79th too, a shit way to go. Certainly is mate, canny see it being painless that's for sure. Hopefully as vixen pointed out there's a chance he took a heart attack and didn't have to endure too much. Poor old sod. Maybe its a cross with something much bigger and more powerful? Lol give your head a shake fella. Poor bloke not a nice way to go at all, there are ticking timebombs of these sorts of dogs all over the country. I know one family who have to sit on the floor as there mastiff wont let them on the sofa !! Also know of a fella who cant put his collie on a lead becuase it will bite him ! My saluki hates the fecker and the bull x tries to avoid it, I think there should be some sort of licence or permit to keep a dog. I know it wouldnt totally stop dickheads owning dogs but it might save a few dogs. Atb I agree there are ticking timebombs, but only where the owners are pathetic. All my dogs have known that the pack hierarchy involves them being the bottom dog. The are quite happy with that, as long as they know what's what.
Nik_B 3,791
Described by a local as a 'Big Dog'. Also they had 3 dogs and two ran out by the sounds of it, the one that attacked was considered aggressive by the neighbors. Owner clearly a f**king retard who should stick to gerbils or hamsters

Outlaw Pete 2,224
2 women arrested for manslaughter Now, That's a bit more f**king like it! Let these stupid c**ts see that they Will be held responsible for the actions of their dogs and keeping some large, aggressive thing they can't control might suddenly appear a less 'Rad' idea. Very strange!!! i think we forget how strong some dogs can be, pits or staffs of 40lb are very strong dogs for for there size, and have powerful bites. My younger brother when we were in our teens got bit by our dalamtion, it was norm size about 50lb ...It bite him on the hand, and he told me it was like a door closing in on his hand, the pain was really bad. now thats just a pet type dog. My pup 1x gsd x grey is very strong for a 9 montn old pup, going to be very powerful when mature, he is soft as shit lol, got job i suppose. But (any) dog reasonable size, if wound up enough i think could kill 79 year old man .
