just back. 4 hour drive...loads for the dogs but not too much for buying stuff...

 

had a great weekend....would go back with the wee man tomorrow if it wasnt so far away....

 

but 2 days camping would be too much like....

spent all day there today..truth be told..could have done it in a hour...spent most of the day watching the terrier classes though

Cracking weather, abit too hot for dogs IMO, was a decent day, 100% could never have found enough to do for a two day stint though........

good show good weather all the usual stuff I liked the cooking display,bushcraft etc,but the best thing there, was a display of Para cord and the uses etc

It was mentioned it was nt as good as last year at Stocksbridge Park and that was rubbish compared to the first 2years when it started at Harewood,make a note this show is going down hill fast

granted there wasnt too many trade stands....could have been a lot more....

 

but regards to dogs....there was loads...

 

coursing

hurdles

racing

gundogs

jnr gundogs

full dog show

agility

flyball

 

whippet coursing main ring demo....

 

loads of have a go stands....rifles...shotguns....muzzle loaded guns....archery....

 

what more are yous asking for?

 

if there was less of the above and packed full of trade it would have been a lot worse off.

 

if there was more trade stands it would have been spot on.

 

weather was scorching too.

had two good days, weather scorching, what more can you ask for, well done once again fran and co, very well organised.
