Bear in mind that the press release was written by the RSPCA, these puppies could have been an unwanted litter. If someone had left them on the bitch long enough to get the milk off the bitch, then culled them so as not to add more dogs to the lurcher merry-go-round. If this were the case, then the person would be guilty of no more than inappropriate disposal of the bodies...

Well personally if that had been me I'd of not thrown them somewhere for all and sundry to find...dig a darn hole,end of...it ain't rocket science...

I absolutely agree mate. There is no need to throw things on a railway line. All it does is bring necessary attention and paint all lurcher owners in a bad light. I'm just thinking that we should not be wishing all the torments of hell on the unknown individual based on the word of the RSPCA...

Oh I've had run in's with both the RSPCA and the SSPCA matey...talk about making mountains out of a mole hill lol...
