3/4 Greyhound 1/4 Lab Pre Ban

I would just like to know if anybody use or seen this type of dog work.surely theyl have the speed brains power tenacity determination.good feet coat retrieving instinct.etc. all the ingredients to be a great all rounder day and night.cheers

I saw a 1st x and a lab grey x saluki grey both shit hot allrounders..

Were these dogs used on redones dodger.if so was the first x fast enough .cheers

they did everything pre ban mate real good tough durable responsive dogs,the 1st x dam was a distance track bitch n the lab a fit working type he kept a bitch from this mateing n ran her hard on everything n then later put a saluki greyhound over her n kept a dog n a bitch again made very good alround dogs n really took some stick they did..edited to add they were all plenty fast enough mate n he ran them on big flat land aswell as small land rough n hilly land etc n as I say very durable tough clever n keen as mustard.. Thanks dodger ive got a lab x myself there certainly keen as mustard and very durable.nothing to look at but very surprising.im just toying with the idea of future breeding with this type and youve said it all.cheers again

Never seen this cross before,but after reading that I hope I get the chance sometime

The man who taught me dogs had a family of flat coated retreiver x gryhound. His brothers all keptbthe retreivers for shooting an he chose mutts over dogs. They all said a couple of his lurchers were as good as the retreivers at there job. And could do more besides. Not a labx I know but not that far off. What I seen of these dogs I liked but he let the line die out when he got too old. This was a long time ago
