Cheers for the squeaking tip JD. I've built a barn owl box, but erected it too late (ground waterlogged so couldn't get the tractor on!) so it may get used next year. I am trying to sit on the main flightline in and out of the field and that way the evening sun lights them up just nice. Just need more patience

barn owls nest anytime of year,,aslong as there's plenty food about..she has to hit her weight for egg laying.....so if things warm up, you maybe lucky trenchfoot..

i allways thought barn owls paired up in late winter and started breeding in early spring going right through untill september :hmm:
