They're closing down the special care baby unit at my local hospital, moving orthopaedic operations to Llanelli, closed two minor injury units in the county, etc. if you have a minor accident now, you have to travel 20 - 30 miles in some cases to have it looked at. They only built the one in Tenby about 10 years ago when they closed the old cottage hospital there, it's state of the art and modern. Cost a few million to build, now it's just a glorified clinic. As it stands you only hear about a handful of cases like here every year.. While I don't agree with what she's been allowed to do, there are far worse things happening in the world to get pissed off about.. her issue is that she is having it built .....alot of families move into council facilities with big families ......... woman down the road has 7 or 8 kids .........there waiting for a bigger property........i think the issue is more that she is having it built especially.......... did you not read what i put earlier, its being built at no cost to the tax payer, a housing association paid for the land off the local council and are funding the build 100% along with the other properties on the site Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Total waste of money..we havent even got a local hospital as such They need one in Tenby mate, the population goes from 5000 in the winter to over 50,000 at the height of the holiday season. There is also a large number of elderly folk.. You have an accident which requires medical treatment there now no matter how trivial, you have to travel 25 miles to Haverfordwest.. We also have one on call doctor covering the whole county out of hours and there's no hope of getting a home visit if its needed.. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

The problem with it is scrubbers like this bitch who play it and find themselves financially unable to work. The ones who should get f****d off it are the ones who can't afford to work. Cut your cloth to suit. One payment for all. If you can't afford to live on it tough. Too many kids, oldest 2 kept, rest fostered. Have anymore stop the benefits.
