Froudy 40
Hi lads Caught this rabbit while ferreting on one of my contracts this morning, I noticed that a lot of its fur is missing one side of its face, it had a fair few fleas on it, would this be the cause? to much scratching or maybe was born like this? Matt 160
Buck rabbit by any chance Froudy? They do fight amongst themselves a bit sometimes.... Yes, it could well be old Mixy scabs that have been scratched off. If rabbits didn't get over mixy, then we wouldn't have any by now. This is why I don't kill mixy rabbits unless I have to. If they recover (which they often do, depending on the strain) then they pass on immunity to their young. Quote Link to post

AirgunGuy 362
I've had a few this season with similar patches on various areas. I put it down to scrapping with other rabbits or a near miss with charlie Quote Link to post
