I don't think these drinks are any use as the drinkers don't have the energy to put the empty cans into the bin

They are disgusting..go through you like shit through a goose...get a black coffee down ya neck is my advice if you want a pick me up..

Another way of conning people out of money, if you want energy eat properly and go to bed at a decent time

Us lads with little dicks know the risks of taking sports supplements and its not as dangerous as smoking when taken sensibly

can you take "sports suppliments" sensibly then?? i thought you just had to be a vain twat that was insecure in your own skin and had some kind of underlying problem that made you think that big muscles made it all better.

You are aware that lads no bigger than ya average joe take them aren't you? And they have no intention having big muscles or any insecurities! You can train for many different things, shear size is only one of them fella.

You never tried to better yourself in anyway? Somebody trying to better their physical ability is no different to a student trying to better their knowledge. Bullied at school by the rugby team were you?

So, what sort of uses are they? Are they scientifically proven to have any advantage over natural diet and exercise?

I'm no sports scientist so bear with me. Gnasher is far more clued up on this stuff than I ever will be. Sports suppliments are not a replacement for a good diet, they are simply an easy way to give a sportsman the nuitritional needs their body requires without consuming everything in sight! There are many different suppliments for different stuff but the more popular ones tend to be because they are time honoured to work.

These suppliments are not like energy drinks, they're not a drug, they are just concentrated nutrition.

they have protein in them, athletes and people wanting to gain muscle need a high protein diet.

it's not rocket science.
