mick hennessy offered price 100k to fight ty for his heaveyweight title .price refused .citing im contracted to sky .so ty relinquished his belt to pursue his goal of getting a crack at one of the klits . if and its a big if ,audley comes to fight he will expose price for what he is .a slow upright and very ponderous fighter ,but obviously audleys taking the easy way out ,or he wouldnt be getting the fight :laugh: .you say ty wont fight price .tys been waiting a long time for price ,ever since ty floored him as a 17yr old boy with 8 amateur fights behind him and price was aba champion common wealth games champion .he was also a mature man as well ,with a wealth of experience . and really struggled against ty .since then hes done very little .his claim to fame is he sparred with mormeck the french cruiser weight who was blasted over by one of the klits in double quick time .since then tys left school and hes a 23 yr old world ranked top 5 fighter with a string of good wins behind him .hes a far far superior fighter now to the boy that fought price back then . and price has a dozen or so fights behind him and as not improved one iota .hes a very static fighter ,that stands square on ,and hes ready made for a jabber .plus the fact hes gone past 30yrs old although he says different .i can assure you kc ,tys not scared of price .its adamek up next for ty .then a top ranked american .then mr klitchko .if both fighters stay unbeaten .they will meet up and probably earn ten mill each out of it , but its not good buisiness to get it on at the moment cos one of em goes back home to the day job and only earnt about half mill each for it. going back to audley as far as price camp feel its just a work out for him ,but should have gone for a banger but a plodder like tys last fight ,although audley was a fraudley in his last fight with haye .then haye went and done the same in his do with klit ..its a gamble for price cos audley has the ability to cause price big probs .he has good handspeed and can hit from very good angles with three and four shots ,price will not have fought any one with that sort of speed and if audley did rock him and get his tail up . but his track record is such hes just going roll over and play dead like in every other fight and make mugs of the paying public again ,

tyson with a good string of victories behind him,who has he fought,went 12 rounds with chisora in a close fight,who haye blasted out of there in 5 rounds,went 12 rounds with mcdermot in another close fight who price blew away in a round,he gave up his belts cause price was next in line for a shot his excuse was it was a dream of his to fight for the irish title ffs bullshit,price is a far better fighter,your having a laugh bud,your only blinding yourself of the truth cause he is your pal or whatever.

If he did indeed relinquish a belt to take 2 steps forward why has he taken 6 steps backward in his last few fights.

 

Price is fighting Harrison because like or hate him he,s a name...............if Harrison has even a little bit left in the tank it will be a reasonable fight while it lasts......must admit though i was surprised to hear this match being made.
