Lovely dog in great nick and great pictures thanks for sharing them, just be careful running a dog with a collar on, it might seem picky but accidents can and have happened, collar gets caught on something, dogs neck is broken and its good night cheers.

Collars...... I have never had an injury ever through a dog wearing a collar, fair enough most collars don't normally have big brass D rings on them :D but again in 7 yrs never had any trouble with it. I know it can happen, but for me the reasons i have a collar on this lad outweigh the risks

I have known lads that run with collars and never had problems as well, sadly having had running dogs in my family and friends for generations i also know of more than one case where a dog has meet its maker whilst or been injured as a result of being collared up, but admittedly its a rare occurance and ultimately the owners decision/ circumstances. I think this particular collar , although may look good, as mentioned does have a big D ring and i just felt i had to mention the risks, happy hunting cheers.
