fry 209
well the rain stopped at lunch time and the sun came out so i grabbed the pro and me custom hand rest and took to the van, like the last trip with this rifle i hit everything i pointed it at from 20 to 46 meters. I really liked my 2.2 410 but to be honest i am pulling better shots with the pro i dont know if this is down to the caliber change or the fact that you have to be more exacting with the hold and technique with a springer! but i am shooting more accurately at greater distances with the pro. if i had to choose one rifle out of the two it would be the pro (cant believe i am saying this) the single shot under lever is no problem and neither is the noise which were the two things i thought would be a drag, and i really like how fast the pellet gets there after the trigger is pulled! not had much regret of loosing the so called stopping power of a 2.2 either i have not had one runner yet. heres todays bag 1 Quote Link to post

Mawders 595
Nice shooting buddy, just goes to prove you find the right rifle for you and it doesn't matter about pcp, spring, .22 or .177. By the way did you use an old sausage on a stick for your custom rest? ;-) Quote Link to post

StevoSmith 147
Top shooting fry Always nice to get a few for the pot and more satisfyimg when you get them with a springer Quote Link to post
milegajo 595
Never had an issue with single shots, I thought it would be an issue having to break my shooting position when prone, but in my experience they generally scarper anyway. I'm also finding the lighter stealth very 'wavy' without a rest. Completely agree with ya. Nice bag too. Quote Link to post
