Mate has his own agricultural fencing company, he has lots of specialist equipment including tractors, will be costly at first as you will need to compete with the big boys but everybody starts somewhere so best of luck matey........

how old are you mate , reason i ask is wouldnt it be better to try gettin a job with someone already doin that type off work , after 18mths you will have a clearer idea off the job and materials you would need to go it alone , better gettin an insight into the work before gettin into debt without realisin the in's and out's off the job , goodluck mate .

go to college whilst there put a cv together get to know local companys see if they will give you work experience , learn your trade and allways remember your only as good as your last job reputations take years to build but one bad job and its gone , as you get experience you will get odd jobs coming your way , its a long slog but you will only get out what you put in GOOD LUCK

Best education you could get is working for someone already established. Learn the job and learn how to price right. Could take a couple of years but it wont be wasted time.

would you really need a tractor and post knocker

It would be an idea if your going to do agric fencing and try make some brass, you wont be braying in 6" + strainer posts with lump hammer, if you do you wont be doing so many

When i did countryside management and sparsholt the final BIG assisngment at the end of the second year was a mock up of a business plan as if we were creating our own business. It taught you how to go about setting up your own business, all of the ins and outs ect. Pretty useful if its what you fancy doing
