scalesntails 118
I don't like these silly names they come up with but it doesn't directly affect me so I don't care as long as the pups get good homes and are well looked after.
rob190364 2,594
it kind of promotes knobheads buying dogs for all the wrong reasons though IMO. Before some tw@t came up with the name labradoodle, how many people would go out and look for a lab x poodle? very few I would guess! Not that there's anything wrong with either breed, or a cross between them, but some people will have gone out and bought a dog that's actually probably quite demanding just because they like the name labradoodle! Ideation 8,217
Whate ever happened to the good old days, if you just wanted a pet for round the house / yard and didn't need a dog to complete certain tasks, you just went to the pound etc and got yourself a scruffy mongrel, in one of a range of sizes. Now instead, some dopey cu.nts churn out tons of mongrels and before relegating them to the pound, try to flog them for a fortune. Nuts.

Something else I've noticed when I go into town is the amount of pet border collies that are being walked about lately. I can't think of a more unsuitable dog to have as a pet. I suppose at least they were being exercised. Maybe it's part of the current collective healthy living fad that's all the rage. It's common knowledge that they need a lot of exercise... I have yet to meet a pet border collie that isn't woefully overweight and suffering a serious case of OCD. I know a lot of people use them for agility, which I think is perfect, but as an average family pet? Bad idea.
