Malt 379
True but that's not holding. That's using cheap plastic clothes pegs. What if the pegs had failed while he (or she) was taking the picture? Also what'll he do for his next trick? Like I said pal, it's fecking daft. It's just threads like this always bring the same old stock answers complete with over the top, macho threats of violence. They look as if they could be copy and pasted from any animal rights website.

Makes me wonder how many people on here would be antis if they had never been introduced to hunting.
scothunter 12,609
are you saying because we dont think its approriate to hang a pup from a washing line, that we are antis lol.. i have no doubt that the pup in all probability would not have felt it.however its certainly not the actions of someone playing with a full deck.as i said previously.last week someone posted a vid where a lad hanged his dog from a washing line.(i see a facebook trend here). scalesntails 118
No I am saying that we should be saying it's a retarded thing to do but we should not getting up in arms about a picture that was obviously staged to get the emotional reaction that the antis are aiming for. We all know it would not have been hurt but is still a really stupid thing to do. If it was nailed to a shed then that would be different. Ignorance breeds antis. Back to the photo, you're probably right about the puppy not really giving a sh*t but it does take a very "special" person to the post pictures on the internet in a quest for respect. Nearly all cruelty photos and videos are these days. One everything went digital the antis struggled to pass off animal abuse videos from 1960-70s eastern europe as recent so they actually stage them themselves "for the greater good"
WILF 49,543
I reckon its a Minshaw and pegged itself up there so that it could drop unsuspected down onto 900 rabbits and a cow! lol
gnasher16 31,179
Why on earth are they doing that? havent they got a tumble drier? Now that made me laugh ...blindin. While clearly its a pretty dumb thing to do i think some of the folk sitting here saying the kid needs electrocuting and chopping up really need to get things in perspective......as has been said the pup would hardly have felt a thing its just a kid being a prat thats all.....f****n odd looking pup as well ! How could it be proved? I for one would love to see a member of PETA or LACS up on animal cruelty charges. Oh the sweet smell of irony! And if this photo was staged by an anti would I be allowed to staple their ballbag to an electricity pylon then?! Pretty please, I'm dead hard me. Edited June 16, 2011 by Mooch. Nik_B 3,791
OK it's fecking daft, but any serious dog owner knows that holding a pup like that will cause it absolutely no harm at all.. Sometimes all perspective goes right out the window on here... Got a mate who lifts his dog over fenses by holding the skin on his back a bit like this. The dog doesn't mind at all.
