  3. they can only proceed with a disiplinary procedure, if you refuse to do something that you have contractually agreed to do, if you havnt signed a contract(and some companies dont make you sign one when start working for them) they cant force you to do anything because at the end of the day you still have rights, the best thing to do is join a union like the T.G.W.U( transport and general workers union) and see what they say,
  4. if you havnt signed a contract they cant make you do diddly shit, however they might make your life hell untill you jack in...my advise...stick to your guns mate and dont buckle, lifes too fcuking short to be dictated to

A Welsh Love Story. An elderly man lay dying in his bed. While suffering the agonies of impending death, he suddenly smelled the aroma of his favourite "Welsh cakes" wafting up the stairs. He gathered his remaining strength, and lifted himself from the bed. Leaning on the wall, he slowly made his way out of the bedroom, and with even greater effort, gripping the railing with both hands, he crawled downstairs. With laboured breath, he leaned against the door frame, gazing into the kitchen. Were it not for death's agony, he would have thought himself

  7. the black dog in the pic i posted last week is exactly the same as molly described, strangers, pushbikes ,strange dogs, joggers freaks him out and he starts nervously growling, if you gently tug on his lead he goes nuts, screaming and trying to slip his lead, when he gets like this you can see in his eyes that he's petrified of me,(got him at 6months and he'd had a bad start in life) when he's at home he's the perfect dog, brill with me and all the family and all the other dogs, even lets the whippet pup eat out of same dish, very soft and gentle,in the field he gives 100% on whatever he's behin

  12. hairy face when would you up the pace?? do you just build it up slowly ?? yeah just take it easy, and slowly increase it as the weeks go by, you are far better going out 4nights a week and get 3 or 4 per night and make that do, rather than going out twice a week and giving her 15+ runs a night, also you dont want dishearten the pup, try and get as many "easy" runs as possible early in the season and build the pups confidence, but you know your dog best mate, she'll probably let you know when she's ready to up the anti, personsly i dont give them a hard 1st season, its there second season i

i think if you've got a goodun keep hold of her coz they are few and far between, but havin said that, lifes too short to live with a badun for the wrong reasons, mine is as keen on the dogs as i am,we're out with them every day, she even goes lampin with me, going our seperate ways with a dog apiece and meeting up a few fields away, she even guts the rabbits we catch personally i think the secret is to happiness is give her a large portion of helmet 3 times a week whether she likes it or not, and do it right(wear a silver condom and come 2nd for a change) :11: :11: :11:
  19. i didnt think for 1 minute you were being cheeky, oldskool, but where i come from a CLINKER is a bit of shit hanging of yer arse :11: :11:

  21. SORRY ABOUT YER LOSS MATE,HE LOOKED A GOOD N GOING BY THE PICS, LETS HOPE BEANO STAYS INJURY FREE THIS WINTER, HAVE YOU GOT ANY PUP COMING ON OR IS IT JUST BEANO
  22. i would say once september comes and yer bitch is 10 months, start taking her out most nights and as the saying goes( let the dog see the rabbit), dont over do it and run her into the ground, after she's caught about 3 or 4 make that do for the night, and go home, giving her loads of praise.
  23. nice dogs mate, the fawn dog looks like he can handle himself
  24. feck, £5k a tonne is a good price mate, was getting £3.40/kg last week but its down to £3.10/kg this mornin
  25. if you get a trial and the dog is doing what you want it to, then£200 is cheap mate, ive just paid 200 for a 16wk old whippet pup,and at 5yr old its still got a few seasons left in it.
