cheers mate would love to cook food for a living but my liver couldn't take it lol, as a kid I used to help deliver herring and mackerel by the bucket out of an old comma van was brought up on grilled fresh mackerel and herring milts ,sprats and kippers, must get up west coast of Scotland one day could eat scallops raw out the shell all day , if I go to a fish restaurant I always leave with the feeling I can cook it better cheaper and have more on me plate if I done it meslf, then theres monkfish was once the cheapest fish on the slab years back,
