    I mainly done me own versions of potugese cataplana I allways bring the spices piri piri and chillies back from Portugal for years its the the drinking while your cooking I like lol guess I watched too much Floyd and graham kerr, rick steins ok just don't drink enough lol and having a few mates who got stalls down billingsgate helps love everything out the sea scallops tuna squid the whole lot cooked or raw with spice n chillies

    you can get a £5 pair of polerized glasses off a looky looky man on the beach in spain but will the glasses looky looky after your eyes,,, I doubt it very much

    ive used them all and a cheap pair will work but if you want to see the difference maui jim will light up your underwater world , if you got a bit of kit that's not cheap look after them , you can catch a fish with a system 2 but it don't compare with a tibor theres a world of difference

    just a word of advice if you come across a shop offering salt beef etc itl be cold thin and microwaved and taste like shit . if you want the mcoy its London town I,m afraid where the salt beef is just been cooked and served hot theres imposters and theres the real deal don't be fooled
