landowner loves it when you give them copies of your maps and where you were catching, also after a few months you don't half see a picture develop regards sweet spots and just random feeding runs. Lets see what tomorrows 48 hr soak brings.

Typical day for me is identify the land I'm going to trap, Print off all my maps and boundary lines then get to setting the next day once I've rung the landowner regards what he's doing stock movement wise over the next 2-3 days and where and what could end up in the setting fields. Good to go the following morning and start setting, plot the runs and decide where I'm going to place. Always set my traps before locating and opening up a run to keep disturbance and disruption to a minimum. Mark it on my map and also place a ground mark spray dot 2 meters to the North of the trap.flag markers no

As a rule I don't roll a smoke but it was such a nice day overlooking the Tyne valley I had the urge to chill for a while. I wear gloves when trapping and have had no adverse effects regards having a smoke or not to be honest. I can see the reason in some folks belief but for me it don't matter a toss regards catch rates. regards Bryn.

try replying to them. If they have blocked you, you cannot see their post and they cannot PM you. It is as if you do not exist on the forum to them. (They cannot see your posts) Not sure about the strike though above. TC Make your post and outlandish claim, post it then block the recipient, not hard to do.

My head is held high and I take pride in looking after some of the less fortunate young people in life. None of them over the last year have become professional mole catchers they have simply learned a lot regards nature and life and turned out cracking kids at the end of it. you keep up with your profit desire just don't include everyone in your mind-set.

What lies did I tell? I simply offered my expertise to newbies and you didn't like it.mine is for free and yours is for profit to yourself. I don't work that way and I go out of my way to help local youngsters learn a new trade for free.

I could have bought you product at a dearer price, and made you a pretty packet using the contacts I now have. how times move on when I first joined here last year and suffered ridicule to begin with. Seem a good product and the enclosed video was really good explaining the setting of them. for some reason the seller has a dislike towards me and accuses me of telling lies? he's not man enough to discuss his issues and has me on block so he can simply spout and not receive. his loss they look ok and could be another tool in the bag so to speak. shame really and I'll stick with my Talpex and Duffus that have earned me and the family a much better financial lifestyle than sheep farming ever did. Wandering my round this morning and sat back to have a smoke for 5 mins.4 grouse sitting on the copers 20 ft. to my left then spotted a stoat working the wall just to their left. Amazing to see the work rate the predator puts in to get something he couldn't see just yet. He hit more dead ends in the wall that I could count but continued on regardless, went missing for a minute or so and then popped up 2ft away from the grouse and under the copes. They took flight just in time and he stood up proud wondering where's my dinner gone lol. Just makes you really appreciate nature and how it opera
