i dont have a track greyhound but i read a post on another site stating someone had one and it was the best dog they had,but also read other people saing they need alot of training with recall but im no expert

when people say early in the morning do they mean early hours 1,2 ,3 oclock or at dawn 6 or 7

id try take him out later than 9 if possible,my pup is 6 month old now and fully house trained she hasnt had an accident in the house since she was 14 weeks,but i let her out at half 10 and she use to wake me up barking at the door about every 3 hours untill about 3 weeks ago when she started waking me up every morning at 5,she has just this last week stoped waking me every morning and it is just occasionaly,i dont think they can hold their bladder till they are 8 month or so -
i can read it no problem lol

this is the advise i had from snoopdog and all sounds good ALWAYS AND I STATE AGAIN ALWAYS start a young dog in the day ....theres severl reason, but the main one is when its chasing bunnies at night the young dog will stop a fences hedges and other obsticials ,.....you dont want this ...imo ....because then they start doing it through the daytime ....nothing worse than a dog wont follow its quarry into hedges or cover or over a gate fence .ect ect .what ever ......when the young dog has caught through the day and followed it quarry over a fence into a hedge then you can start it lam

my pup has started digging loads of holes in the garden,she has loads of toys,gets plenty of excersize so dont tink its through bordom.why do they dig?how do i stop it? ive covered patches with mesh were she digs but she just moves to a diffrent area cheers daz
